April 6, 7, 8, and 9, 2020 @ RIM Park Arena WATERLOO
Cost: $144 (HST is included in the cost)
Four 50-minute ice times, 24 player and 3 goalie positions

Group Option –  You can purchase a group (6Players) at a discounted cost and you’ll have your own 1/4 of the ice to train….cost for a group is $720 for 6 players. This option will save you money and you’ll train in a group together for the ice time.

AAA/AA/A Pre-Tryout Training

This program is a high-tempo workout designed to help rep players train the skills and tactics needed to prepare their game for tryouts. The ice times consists of four 50-minute skills training ice times Monday to Thursday. The training will primaryly consist of 4 different groups training in 1/4 of the ice. As well…a two groups on a 1/2 of the ice length wise. Groups will be divided based on age and skill level.

The AAA/AA Spring Tryout Training starts up in April. Register soon so you can assure your ready for the challenges of a AAA / AA tryout. The program will focus on agility, speed, battling, and puck movement. The four day breakdown for the program is as following:

Day 1 – emphasis on individual skills (skating, puck control, and shooting)

Day 2 – 1 on1 training (body positioning, angling, gap control, containing, battling),

Day 3 – Combination Drill Training – lots of passing and flow (offensive zone entries, 2 on 1, 3 on 1, 3 on 2, 2 on 2),

Day 4 – Competition and Favourite Drills.

The training program is at the Albert McCormick Arena in Waterloo.
